Tasca Automotive Group - Quick lane

3 times I have gone to the quick lane in seekonk for an oil change and all three times I can’t be accommodated bc of “sick calls” tonight I go and again the same thing and they are closing early bc if It. Why bother having a service center that can’t service customers!

Tasca Automotive Group - Service

I have bought 3 Ford transit conection . Sales is the best A1 service is very bad . Every time i try to get something fixed you have to make appoitment . They wont even take the time to at least see what you need . I now go to tasca in seekonk were service is very good .

Called no answer early evening. Left stovk number, name and phone. Never even got a call back. Thats all i need, they dont need sales i guess.

Tasca Automotive Group - Never again

Horrible experience!!! Ordered my parts and received an e-mail that they would be shipped in two business days - a week and half later item still not shipped. Spoke with 3 different CSRs who told me they didn't know why it was not shipped and were not willing to even check further!! Awaiting my refund now.

I wish I had've read these reviews before ordering from Tasca Parts. I placed a ordered on December31, 2015 and on January 13, 2016 they just sent a email telling my part has shipped. And by regular mail. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! Horrible customer service .
